Eligibility for Refunds and Returns
- If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt—no questions asked. Whether the product didn’t meet your expectations or you’ve had a change of heart, we’ll work with you to ensure a smooth return process.
- Refunds will be processed promptly once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
- Exchanges are available for customers who would prefer to swap their product for a different one, subject to stock availability.
